2. The Prize: Six Nights lodging at Atlantic Hotel, located at Oceanfront on the Boardwalk & Somerset St., Ocean City Maryland, arriving Night of June 18 thru the night of June 23, checking out morning of Sunday June 24th, being one (1) room, 2 Queen Beds, occupancy for up to 4 persons only, room selection by Atlantic Hotel. The prize is not transferrable. The prize may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.
3. Purpose: This contest constitutes a sales promotion effort to solicit potential buyers of real estate and to solicit potential customers for J.F. Cropper - Coldwell Banker/Bud Church Realty, and to solicit the purchase, lease, or rental of real property.
4. Exact Number of Prizes Offered: One (1).
5. Comparable Retail Price: The comparable retail price of the prize is $575.00.
6. The odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of entries.
7. Notification: Winner will be notified via email and/or phone and will have 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, Sponsor reserves the right to draw another name at random from the entries. The second drawing, if appropriate, will occur on April 19, 2013, and that winner will have 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, the Prize expires and this contest is terminated and cancelled.
8. Award of Prize: The prize described in paragraph #2 above will be awarded and the determination of the winner will be made April 15, 2013 or if appropriate, April 19, 2013 per #7 above. However, if the winner does not claim the prize timely, or having claimed the prize, fails to use the free lodging, the prize expires and will not be awarded.
9. The identity of the winner will be posted on the sponsor's website which is can be found at: http://www.oceancitydreamhouse.com, on or before April 22, 2013.
10. Conditions to be met in order to receive the prize: Must be a Maryland resident over 18 years of age, and must claim the prize by notifying sponsor by email to JF@oceancitydreamhouse.com or phone (410-524-7888; or 410-289-7653), and must present a copy of identification that matches original entry by email. Prizewinner must claim prize within 72 hours of notification, as described above in #7.
11. That in order to receive the prize offered in the sales promotion you are not required to:
  (i) Purchase any goods or services;
  (ii) Pay any money; or
  (iii) Where applicable, submit to a sales promotion effort.
  
Additional Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of Maryland, 18 years or older. All family and employees of John F. Cropper Jr. and Coldwell Banker/Bud Church Realty, are ineligible to participate.

Contest Period: August 1, 2012 to April 14, 2013 at 12:00 Noon EST.

Entry Forms: In case of dispute as to identity of an online entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Email address used to enter the Contest at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who opened or was assigned an Email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning Email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted Email address. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited: automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are not permitted.

Liability: Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility and entrants agree to hold Sponsor and their owners/employee's harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property (including death) relating to participation in this Contest, the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prize awarded and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The sponsor has no liability or responsibility for any personal injuries, losses or damages or claims of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize.

Prize Drawing: The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

Publicity: By entering this Contest, Participants grant Sponsor the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the services of Sponsor and all matters related to the Contest in any medium, throughout the world in perpetuity.

Taxes and Other Matters: All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner accepting the prize. The acceptance form with the value amount of the prize will be issued to the Winner. Participation in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes Winner's permission to use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness and any statements made by Winner for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where
prohibited by law. By acceptance and use of prize, Winner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant's participation in the Contest, or the receipt or use/misuse of the prizes awarded herein.

The laws of the State of Maryland shall govern this Contest.
